Was browsing some books in a store when i came across this peculiar book that was placed prominently on the shelf at eye level. The Arial title of the book caught my attention:
"The Only Way To Happiness Is Not To Seek It"
and beside it was a sign with the price in BIG font saying:
"Special Offer! $12.90"
well.. here's the implication:
1. people clearly understood the title and decided that happiness is gained by not buying the book. that's why it's now on special offer.
2. it's trying to trick people into believing that they will be happier if they bought it at a cheaper price, eventhough the title told them not to buy it. well, my friend bought it.
well.. it's how ironic isn't it?
